Follow these steps :

  1. Run Norton Internet Security: Click Start -> Programs -> Norton Internet Security -> Norton Internet Security.
  2. Click Settings in the Norton Internet Security Window.
  3. Expand the Network Settings tab.
  4. Scroll down to the Smart Firewall group and then click the Program Control link. 
  5. Click Add then browse to the following directory: C:\Program Files\TightVNC\tvnserver.exe 
  6. Make sure the Access column is set to Allow
  7. Click Apply and go back to the main Norton Internet Security window again.
  8. Under Internet click Settings.
  9. Then find Intrusion Prevention and under that Intrusion Exclusions. 
  10. Click the Configure[+] and find VNC Large Error Response BO and uncheck the box.
  11. Try to connect again to your computer using Jump.
