Setup Gmail On Your Mobile Or Computer

These the following steps for this setting

  • Enable either POP or IMAP on Gmail
  • If you are already signed in to Gmail, simply open the settings page.
  • Note: If you are not signed in, follow these steps to locate your account settings:
  • Login to Gmail - http://gmail.com
  • Click the Cog icon in the top right corner
  • Click Settings
  • Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP
  • On the Settings page, select either Enable POP or Enable IMAP then
  • Click Save Changes
  • Click Configuration instructions under your preferred option and select the mobile phone or email client you want to use
  • Gmail POP Settings

Incoming Mail (POP3) server:

pop.gmail.com
Use SSL: Yes
Port: 995

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server:

smtp.gmail.com
Use Authentication: Yes
Port (TLS/STARTTLS): 587
Port (SSL): 465

Account Name:

Your email address (e.g. username@gmail.com)

Email Address:

Your email address (e.g. username@gmail.com)

Password:

Your Gmail password
