How to undelete Video file deleted by mistake?

First of all, my main concern is does anybody know or experience, if you delete a video file by accident after recording it from camera, can you undelete it?
Second of all, is the tablet memory, if I download apps and install, will it over right the deleted video file memory space or does it work different apart from laptop hard drive space?
Any help appreciated?
